Well, I'll try to get around to a longer entry later, but Matt and I just got home from the hospital, and I have a lot of catch-up to do, and a baby to take care of, and if I don't get these stupid hospital bracelets off my wrist soon I'm going to kill something, so I'm going to keep this one short.

Penelope Anne Brooks was born at 12:35 AM on Tuesday, August 12th. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

Matt and I, aside from sleep deprivation, are doing pretty well. Further pictures may be found here, and I will of course announce subsequent picture postings as they become available.
